The Time has come.

This idea of Lost Weekend started two years ago. Here Steve and I were, an abundance of great independent cinema on our hands, but just not enough time during the week to gather as a group to watch them (that is, unless our Film Club was interested in daily screenings), so we came up with this idea of taking our missed opportunities and literally putting them all into the same basket – er, well – weekend! This, my friends, is how Lost Weekend was born.

We have watched it grow. From eight films over three days to now, this unprecedented 18 FILMS over four days, this little “festival” continues to prove that our community desires more than just masks, franchises, and bloated comedies. We want better, stronger, more unique storytelling – and Lost Weekend helps make that dream come true!
